All the rooms are great modern and reasonably large with warm powerful shower and the staff are incredibly kind! The location is unbeatable and amazing, 5 minutes' walk to Gili Trawangan Turtle Hatchery. Plus, this hotel is around 4-6 minutes' walk from centre of the city.

Had a decent stay at Bintang. The pool was refreshing after a hot day, and the breakfast improved after we chatted with the staff. Just a heads up, the mosque nearby can get loud early in the morning! Not bad at all.

Bumpy roads to access the hotel are rather inconvenient!!! Working on room cleaning procedures would enhance stays since missed requests could frustrate guests!!! Balcony seating could be improved with proper chairs instead of just puffs!!!

The staff was friendly and supportive.
The cleanliness was appalling, with dead insects lingering in the room. The noise from the nearby mosque at 5 am was unbearable. The walls lacked soundproofing, and I seemed like I was inside the prayer hall. It utterly ruined my stay.

The staff were friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast choice was great-especially the banana milkshake, definitely the best I've had in Asia.
It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable.

Great spot for a chill stay!
Super comfy bed. The staff was really friendly, especially when we needed help with the pool area. In-room breakfast was a nice touch, but the bathroom could use a little more attention. The small fridge was kinda noisy, but it was worth it for the overall vibe.
